As part of its digital transformation and its ongoing effort to establish differentiation, the company developed a proprietary digital platform that not only enables prospective clients to open accounts digitally through an entirely paperless process but also gives exclusive access to alternative investment opportunities & deals and insightful advice and access to top global investment managers.
Objectvive
The objective was to launch a campaign to generate leads and clearly establish The Family Office as a digitally transformed wealth management company offering solutions that no other wealth management firm in the region offers.
The Challenge
One key area that has been lacking historically in the wealth management industry is “transparency”. Through the digital platform, The Family Office wanted to showcase its commitment to create trust through transparency and at the same time it was important to retain “exclusivity” in the context of having access to the right investment managers, the right insights and the right deals in the global markets.
Campaign Idea
To meet the challenge of communicating transparency, technology and exclusively, we created a campaign around the idea of “Making the Exclusive, accessible”. Where we detailed the exclusive benefits of The Family Office (exclusive deals, top investment managers, global market access, insights) and used the creative device of a transparent mobile application interface to bring these to the prospects in a convenient way – in the palm of their hands.
With this campaign, we invited prospective clients to take a seat at the inner circle of pioneer investors and get access to exclusive global opportunities and services
